In this project, the ambition shared with an ‘enlightened client’ was to combine design care, elegance and sobriety within an apartment intended for rental income.

The goal was to create a refined and welcoming environment that would stand out in the short/mid-term rental market, while maintaining careful control of the budget.

Essential materials, neutral colour palettes and measured details have made it possible to build a strong, contemporary and lasting identity without compromising on spatial quality.
