The project in question, designed for a young couple, is in a sloping lot in the municipality of Coriano. In a rural context, from where you can enjoy privileged views towards the adriatic coast, nature becomes an integral part of the project. The building arises from the ground and integrates with it. The modeling of the volumes generates dynamism using horizontal planes staggered in height, which create two distinct levels: the living area on the ground floor that extends towards the valley and the sleeping area on the first floor. Great attention was paid to the thermal and acoustic comfort of the interior spaces, preferring wood for the structural parts and high-performance aluminum frames. Together with an integrated photovoltaic system on the roof, these technologies make the building energy efficient.

Il progetto in esame, pensato per una giovane coppia, si inserisce in un lotto situato su un declivio nel comune di Coriano. In un contesto rurale, da cui godere di panorami privilegiati verso la riviera adriatica, la natura diventa parte integrante del progetto. L’edificio nasce dal terreno e con esso si integra. La modellazione dei volumi genera dinamismo attraverso l’utilizzo di piani orizzontali sfalsati in altezza, che creano due livelli distinti: la zona giorno al piano terra che protende verso valle e la zona notte al piano primo. Grande attenzione è stata riservata al comfort termico ed acustico degli spazi interni, prediligendo il legno per le parti strutturali ed infissi in alluminio ad alte prestazioni, tecnologie che insieme ad un impianto fotovoltaico integrato in copertura rendono l’edificio efficiente dal punto di vista energetico.
