Repeated in series along a roadway, the overpass is perceived frontally as it approaches you on the ride: it is the element that most figuratively connotes the road infrastructure. Recognizing and interacting with the specific territorial qualities means imagine the overpass not only as an infrastructure but also as an architecture that builds and enhances the landscape. In its spatial conformation as a connecting element from a point A to a point B, the overpass can be associated with a straight line that develops the shortest and straightest path between two crossing faces. With these premises, the architectural concept evolves from the idea of a minimal element that fits into the landscape naturally. An architecture that aims to mimic lightly.
